A little unnatural
A situation in which the person is labeled as a bad guy, makes the person suffer. Due to the stress of the situation, the person may commit another crime.
***Is the person the one that did the crime? If so, "commit another crime" or "repeat that crime" may be appropriate. If the person did not commit a crime before and was wrongfully accused, you could say "commit a crime next time" or "commit that crime next time".
I hope this helps :)
