Question about English (US)

Li Keqiang is the premier of China.
Theresa May is the primer minister of the U.K..
Kim Jong Un is the leader of the DPRK.
Are these sentences all correct? Do I have to capitalize the title here? I know if I say ' President Xi arrived ...', then I should capitalize it.
Does this sound natural?
