What does 今私の周りにいる20代の子達も30代に近づくと私と同じように言われるかもしれないと考えるだけでも辛くなる。 だから私がここではっきりとNo!と言うようにして、あとの世代の人たちが年齢も性別も関係なく輝けるように繋げていきたい mean?

When I just think young people in their 20's or 30's around me may be told the same thing (in future) as I was told(now), I feel bad. So, I would like to link to the next generation by (I) definitely
saying "No!" so that they can shine regardless of the age or gender.

I'm feeling so painful even to think of women in their 20's around me would be said and labeled as me when they are getting around the age of 30.
That's why I would like to clearly say "NO!" here now so that I'd be able to help the next generation ( of women ) shine( in the future) beyond the age and gender/sex.
