Could you make this English sound better?
Some people express their concerns about getting in a tangle with beggars, and others feel uncomfortable about having to share public transportation with strangers.
Secondly, train accidents due to poor maintenance or unqualified personnel are another reason most people give for not taking public transportation.
Finally, the lack of privacy and limited personal space to accommodate the passengers and their luggage also discourages people from utilizing public transportation.

This is very good! I would just change “are another reason most people give” to “is another reason most people provide for not” so that it will sound even better!
