Watch native English tv shows on YouTube, listen to English podcasts, music etc

If you watch tv shows with subtitles (in English) you will eventually pick up how words are pronounced and be able to understand them. Eventually you will be able to watch without the subtitles

I live in Japan but I still find just listening to be not so helpful.
Actually learning from children (I teach) is really good, they talk to each other much slower and clearer than adults and their vocabulary is smaller.
What you can do is look for online audio tests, like previous examination stuff.

Listen to an audio which you have the transcript to. Reading while you're practising your listening skills really helps.

Maybe audiobook with an ordinary textbook? You could listening and reading simultaneously.
