The first one should be, "I'm an anime manic."
The meanings are the same but I think the second sentence is more common.
You can also say:
I love anime.
I'm obsessed with anime.
I'm really into anime.
Anime is one of my favorite things.
If you are talking to another anime otaku you could say:
I'm an anime otaku.
But only other anime otakus would understand. These are usually the only Americans that know that word.

An anime enthusiast would be someone whos very interested in anime.
