"talk to someone" et "talk with someone" (context down below) Quelle est la différence entre?N'hésitez pas à fournir des exemples de phrases.

My guess (if I'm not mistaken) is that "talk to someone" might be something like a "one-way communication" whereas "talk with someone" a "two-way communication". Am I right? What's the significant difference between them both when using one or the other?
P.S. The character said: "I'll talk with him"... so is he implying that they will have a long conversation or am I missing something else?
