Q: Regards とはどういう意味ですか?

Q: Regards を使った例文を教えて下さい。
A: Regards is usually reserved for ending a letter or an email. Mostly people should use "regarding" when referring back to a different topic. Example: thank you for your time.

Regarding example: Have you spoken to Tom regarding the business account?

Q: Sincerely Regards と Kind Regards はどう違いますか?
A: they are both (apparently) different ways to "sign off" a letter.
BUT -- the first one, is not correct, or natural, at all. Don't say that.
"KIND REGARDS" would be ok.
I also have seen people type:
"best regards"
or even... "cheers!"

writing is much less formal these days. you could just skip it and say.. "thank you" and type your name.
Q: "Regards" と "Kind regards" はどう違いますか?

Q: Regards と Best Regards と Sincerely はどう違いますか?
A: "Sincerely" is the general response. You will use this in business correspondence, for sure. Probably not as much with personal writing.

"Regards" is very formal and few people will use it and its sometimes seen as "stiff". Like if you're angry and you want to be clear that you're having to put forth effort to be nice.

"Best Regards" isn't used a whole lot.

Sincerely is the best one of the three generally.
