There are about two different ways you can say this: “The CLUMSY looking chair wouldn’t even stand your weight.” or, “The CLUMSY looking chair won’t stand your weight.” The first one you would be saying “it would not stand your weight” and second one you would be saying “it will not stand your weight”. Depending on how you’d like to use this sentence makes it different, Will and Would are very similar to each other, but “Will” is used in a future or present tense while “would” is typically used in past tense, but that does not mean it can’t be used. I hope this makes sense, and it’s okay if you don’t understand because it even confuses us foreign to English!😅
