Q: Four teenage boys riding the horses again
A: Are you looking for a literal translation, or a more poetic translation?

Literally; もう一度四人の十代の少年は乗馬している or something like that.

I know this is from a song, and sometimes the lyrics of songs can have more than one meaning. So, while the singer may mean this in a very literal way, there is also another way you can interpret this line.

In English, almost any time you mention four horses, especially if they are being ridden by men, that’s usually a reference (言及) to the Bible. Specifically, the Apocalypse and the Book of Revelations (黙示録). But, I don’t know if she intended for that line to have that meaning, or not.

I hope this isn’t too much English! 頑張って^ ^

Q: "Four walls" とはどういう意味ですか?
A: You're welcome. I enjoy interpreting language. It's like a puzzle!

The four walls are probably literal- a room that the protagonist occupies, but also figurative; one that he/she feels emotionally trapped in.

They are "closing in" on the protagonist, creating sadness and despair.
