Q: major を使った例文を教えて下さい。
A: My major is math for my master's degree.

Don't forget the apostrophe s on master. This sounds a little unnatural to me, but makes sense.

I majored in math, when I was in college.

Don't forget the comma to separate the clauses. Otherwise that sounds perfect. I would probably use this one most likely.

I recieved a master's degree in math.

Same problem as number one

I hope I helped :)

Q: major と minor はどう違いますか?
A: Major is something big or important.
“This test is a major part of my grade.”

Minor is something that is small or not very important.
“There was only a little bit of traffic today, it was a minor problem.”
Q: major と the biggest はどう違いますか?
A: Major means big, large, important. Biggest is a superlative and means it is the largest thing that you are talking about. "He is the biggest idiot I have ever met".
Q: a major と adult はどう違いますか?
A: I don't think there is a difference. I've never heard of a person being referred to as a major. Heard them being referred to as minors but never majors. Didn't know that was a thing honestly. lol ^_^
Q: major と main はどう違いますか?
A: It's ok! It is a bit confusing haha but you'll get it!

So I guess another way of explaining is MAJOR is something big and MAIN is something important or significant.

For example:

At school there is a major exam coming up. (So this sentence means that a big exam will happen soon. "Major" describes that the exam is a big deal).

The main part of the test is the essay. (This sentence means that the important part of the exam is the essay. So even though the whole exam is important, it's the essay that needs to be focused on. That's the MAIN point).
Q: "to major" と "to manor" と "to double major" はどう違いますか?
A: For university students...

Major = what you are focusing your studies on (for example, I am majoring in Global Affairs. Most of my classes will be about international politics, history, and economy)

Minor = every university student must pick a major, but others might also pick a minor alongside their major. A minor is another area you can focus on, but you will not take as much classes as people who are majoring in that area. (For example, if I choose to minor in the German language, I will have to take classes related to German and Germany. However, I will not have studied as much about German as students who major in it. Note: your minor does not need to be a subject that is related to your major).

Double major = having two majors (for example: if I don't want German to be my minor, I can make it my major along with Global Affairs. In that case, I would be double majoring).

I hope that helps!
