Q: persuade と convince はどう違いますか?
A: persuade means that you try to make somebody think the same as you, such as: "I tried to persuade them that cats are better than dogs."

Q: persuade と prevail on はどう違いますか?
A: persuade means to convince and pervail means dominate
Q: persuade と talk into と convince はどう違いますか?
A: There isn't much difference, they all have effectively the same meaning. "Convince" is a little stronger though.

"Persuade" and "talk into" imply that you will talk to someone and try to get them to change their mind and do what you want.

"Convince" can imply that you will talk to someone and make them really believe that something is true or make them really believe that your idea is the best option for him/her.

In other words, "convince" is more like making someone believe they are doing the right/best thing (when they are actually just doing what you want), whereas "persuade" or "talk into" can imply that the other person finally agrees to do what you want even if he/she doesn't actually want to do it.
Q: persuade と convince はどう違いますか?
A: They are both similar and can be used interchangeably to some extent, but to me persuade means to change someone to DO something e.g a salesman will persuade someone to buy something, whereas convince means to change the way someone thinks or feels about something, e.g I managed to convince him it was a good idea. This is just a general rule to me and in most instances can be used interchangeably
