Q: sitting room を使った例文を教えて下さい。
A: The term is not used very much anymore, but a "sitting room" was traditionally a room apart from the living room with more comfortable chairs meant for relaxing. People don't use the term very much anymore and it is common to have a living room and not have a sitting room.
Q: What's in your room? を使った例文を教えて下さい。
A: yes sure! when you ask "what is in your room?" you want to know what is inside the person's room, like what furnitures, pictures, etc (things in general)
when you ask "what's your room like?" you mean the same as when you ask "what does your room looks like"; when you ask that you want to know how it is in general: not only which furnitures and things the person have but also the color of the walls, the type of environment it has (if it is a girly room, a dark room etc) and other things. do you get it? sorry if it's not clear
Q: any room vocabulary(chair,couch,drawer etc) を使った例文を教えて下さい。

Q: Give/leave room for を使った例文を教えて下さい。
A: "Slow down! Leave room for dessert."

I don't believe "give room for" is something we say, and I can't think of many other examples for "leave room for" other than with food. We do say "Make room for" when someone or something is going inside of somewhere. "Make room for her royal highness!" "Can you move down a seat to make room for Jared?"

「Room」の類語とその違い

Q: the room contained the treasures. と the room containing the treasures. はどう違いますか?

"The room containing the treasures" - This implies it's present tense and the room still contains the treasures.
Q: Would と Could と i would study in my room と i could study in my room はどう違いますか?
A: The difference between those two words is that "would" is the simple past Form from will
"will" means that you want to do it while "could" comes from "can" which also means you have a choice..
e. g. I Would like to go with you?
This means that you want to go with them.
I could come with you.
That means that you leave the other Person a choice if they want company.

That's how I unterstand the words.
I hope I could help you with your question >.
Q: This is my room. と Here is my room. はどう違いますか?
A: Hmm..
"This is my room" could be when you're already in your room and showing another person your room.
"Here is my room" could be that you're leading the person to your room and showing the way. So you're not quite inside your room yet.
Q: A key to the room と A key of the room はどう違いますか?
A: A key to the room means a key which opens the door of the room.

A key of the room (sounds a little unnatural) is also a key to open the room, but it seems to be a part of a set of keys from that room? I'm not entirely sure on its usage, but generally, "a key to the room" is more natural. You could also use "the room's key" which is also more natural than "a key of the room"
Q: Room there is no room for the drawer in my room. と Space there is no space for the drawer in my room. はどう違いますか?
A: Nothing. They're interchangeable.
