Allure is like entice, just to allure somebody with a figurative, intangible thing. You can allure someone with your looks, personality, or charm. Seduce is purely romantic. He can seduce a women with his good looks. A women can seduce a man at night; etc. seducing can also be used in the terms of power (advantages or manipulation, etc). You can seduce someone into doing something for them by bribing them, forcing them to do something, etc
