Q: Tiny house is really uniqu and exciting and It seems like I'm in a secret base. And It doesn't need much money. Tha's why I'd like to live in a tiny house. この表現は自然ですか?
A: × Tiny house is really uniqu and exciting and It seems like I'm in a secret base.
✓ A tiny house is truly unique and exciting.

I agree with mike808 and his corrections, but want to add that unique is NOT a superlative, that is, you can´t say that something is more unique or less unique. It either is unique or it isn´t. There aren´t degrees of uniqueness. So if you say "really unique" with really meaning very, that is wrong. You can say "truly" unique, because you are talking about the validity of the uniqueness and not the degree. A small point, and most native speakers get it wrong, but it is incorrect to say "very unique".
