@jickoon: Even if it's not in the dictionary, you can definitely say "get through" to talk about using something up.
"He got through a whole bag of Cheetos in one night."
"My car gets through a full tank of gas in just one day."
"I got through two rolls of toilet paper after eating spicy food."

They mean the same thing, really. "Get through customs" makes it sound more like customs is annoying or a struggle.

Nothing in meaning, though the first one sounds a bit more like the travelling through customs, and the second one sounds more like dealing with the customs agents.

@jickoon: "Get through" makes it sound like an achievement. When you get through something, you finish doing something that isn't necessarily easy, or that required you to do some work.
"I got through the marathon."
"I hope you get through the exam OK."
"Hopefully the baby will sleep long enough to get through the movie."
"Go through" makes it sound routine. Like something is simple to do, or doesn't require any skill or knowledge.
"Let's go through the rules to remind ourselves how to play."
"Just go through the door and the toilet is on the right."
For the customs example, I think "go through" makes it sound like customs is just a place, like you go through a hallway or a door or a gate. "Get through" makes it sound like you need to do something, like if you get through a ticket office or get through a barrier or get through a crowd of people.

@shitamachi1: it makes me crystal clear! i appriciate your kind(?) explanation!
and actually i've got one more question! 😮
can 'get through' be used as the meaning of 'use up/run out of'?
example : we are only 3 days away from getting through our fuel.

@jickoon: Yes! That's a fine way of using "get through". It can also be used as "to finish"
"I'm going to finish tidying up my house."
"I'm going to get through tidying up my house."

@shitamachi1: but... there isn't such meanings on dictionaries.
here's the definition.
-----

be connected by phone
finish doing something
pass a test etc
finish doing something
pass a law
----
i heard that only 'go through' can mean the same as 'use up/run out of'.
