I just made a reservation of a ticket. I am asked to pay parts of the money in advance in Seven-Eleven.

I don't really understand the rule. Should I have to pay part of the money now or I'll wait until 結果確認？
I don't know if I made the question clear, if there's somewhere that I didn't explain well, please let me know.

I made a reservation. And the result will come out during 22nd-23rd May. And I will pay the 7,447 yen (the front money) during 23rd-24th May.

If you win the prize,you have to pay ￥7447(including tax) plus ￥108 as a charge untill 9PM 24th May .

I think you are right.
The result will come out during 22nd-23rd May, but 結果確認 sounds you have to check the result yourself. I don't know if an e-mail that telling the result will be sent to you.

You should wait till 結果確認.
If you are lucky and you get the ticket, you have to pay money by 21:00 on 24th May.

You just entered lottery of the ticket. Not get a reservation yet at the present time. And the result will come out during 22nd-23rd May. And if you win, you should pay the 7,447 yen (the front money) and 108 yen (ticketing commission to Seven-Eleven) during 22rd-24th May at any Seven-Eleven shop.
