i am writing an English assignment, and my teacher said that "reason" and "why" can not be used in the same sentence (ex. the reason why something is blah blah)
and i wrote a sentence that goes like "there are many reasons why exercising should be a part of everyone's routine"
and i just can't think of any other way of saying this without using both "reason" and "why"
Sooo if anyone could help me with this i'd be more than thankful 💕

Just delete "why" :)
