I recommend Грабли. It's quite cheap and they serve Russian food. There's a few of them in Moscow.

Btw I would suggest you visit a Japanese restaurant in Moscow. That would be fun for you as a Japanese person. "It is tasty but we don't eat anything of that in Japan" this is what Japanese people say about Russian Japanese cuisine :D

まってちょっと、is a fast food chain good enough for you? If so, you can try ТЕРЕМОК. You can find it at some malls and as a standalone building.

@Xeniolum Fast food chain will be good for me if they serve Russian dishes like beef stroganoff, blini or pelmeni. I just want to eat some Russian dishes at a restaurant which is easy to enjoy alone. Because I'm going to Moscow alone :)

There are "Му-Му" cafes in Moscow, they mostly serve traditional russian food, and it's affordable.
