Because it has to do with politics and elections I'm guessing that "turn out" in this context has the definitions of:
1. (phrasal verb of turn) go somewhere in order to do something, especially to attend a meeting, to play a game, or to vote. e.g. "over 75 percent of the electorate turned out to vote"
2. (noun, also: turn-out) the number of people attending or taking part in an event, especially the number of people voting in an election.
So, it should mean that the all members of right wing party attended/participated in the elections at parliament. Even though I feel like it means they were voted out of office and replaced with a new government party.
Extreme right wing -- (on the political spectrum) includes conservatives, Christian democrats, classical liberals, nationalists and on the far-right; racists and fascists.
