@shellon what is the difference? Can i say : people who play football are healthy, people playing football are healthy. Are they both mean same thing?

The difference is very slight. "People who play football are healthy" sounds very natural and implies football players and is said generally. "People playing football are healthy" muddles tenses a bit, isn't clear. Sounds like you are currently looking at people playing and they look healthy.

Your original question. They both sound mean the same, but neither make much sense to me. Reading this I assume you are having a photography competition with people as your subject. Is that correct?

That would be right, eager to participate. It would tell me I could win with a good picture of people. But I would use the word Features/featuring instead of showing

@shellon so it means the same things in this context, but when i want to write about sth in general then its better to use '' picture that shows instead of picture showing etc hm..

Pictures that show people....Pictures Showing people. You are delving into some deep gerund and infinitive grammatical depths here that require an English teacher 😂. For some reason the difference in the picture sentences is a lot less obvious than the football sentences.

That to me says "Show us what you got" in a very general, we want to see your ideas kind of way.

Because I know there are very technical specific rules about this very thing but the average (American) English speaker pays no attention to such fine detail.
