Hi,Iam not certain if you are trying to keep this entire sentence structure you sent,but you can also just say "There will be a storm outage".
"There will be a storm outage,probably."
"There will probably be a storm outage".

there might be an outage because of the storm

@yuuuuki728 the rule of thumb is the more the word is toward the end of the sentence (within constraints of grammar), the more emphasis there is on it. So it depends on how much you want to emphasize "probably".

@cmertb If I want to emphasize the word, I should add it toward the end of the sentence.
If I just want to add a small nuance, I should add the word just before the verb of the sentence.

@yuuuuki728 More or less. As long as the grammar allows you to place the word in that position (which is okay in your example).
