I sometimes see ”The results are shown in the below table.”. But I think "table below" is correct. Is "below table" appropriate? は 英語 (アメリカ) で何と言いますか？

"table below" is appropriate. It sounds more natural to me as well.

It's not correct, "table below" is correct! As you can see, even English/American natives make grammar mistakes.

I think it's fine either way.But I think saying " the results are showing the tables below" would be better :)

Table below is the correct way. Sometimes English speakers mix things up.
