"floored" is being so shocked that you are unable to speak or respond for a while. "fazed" is when you are bothered by something in a way that makes you distracted and unable to concentrate for a while.

Floor is identical to shock. Correct
Faze is not identical to puzzle. Puzzle means to confuse or to make someone curious about something that they don't understand. Faze has the meaning to cause someone to be upset or bothered in a way that makes them noticeable uncomfortable or agitated.

thrn it automatically conveys that you are not only puzzled by the question but also you are upset about how the question is unfair/ridiculous? so is it always negative?
