"Few" and "many" are opposites.

@jairazevedo Right. The word to complete the sentence is "not", to make it "not many".

Yep, but in this online text *not many* or *not too many* is not the right answer... I think it's a Cambridge text.

"Not very" would also work. (Not very many people came to my birthday party.)
