Can you provide more information about the paragraph? It seems strange to me that there would be a need to replace Martin and John (which are English names) with Chinese names on an application form.

I would do, "Thank you for your understanding. We need Martin and John's correct Chinese names for the application form. It is urgent for us to get your information."
I would actually end w/ "Thank you for your understanding."
