What is the correct way to write the katakana for "ku" and "ta"? Sources show two different ways to write those two. And I'm used to using the second one. Yoroshiku onegaishimasu.

your "ku" is good, but "ta" lack one line.
and i tell you be carefull to write "ke" too. they are confusing.

Hi, nogutaku! Thank you for responding. The two characters I wrote are both "ku" according to different sources. I didn't write "ta" anymore. I was just wondering which is more correct when it's written by hand.

Both can be used, but the left one seems better for me.
