C’est très gentil de dire sa mais je suis vraiment désolé y’a quelqu’un que j’aime bien en ce moment et même sa aurait était sympa de se voir je me sentirais mal

C'est très gentil de ta part de me dire ça. Je suis vraiment désolée mais il y a actuellement quelqu'un que j'aime (bien) et même s'il aurait été sympa de te de rencontrer, je me sentirai mal de le faire.
(à l'oral ou en langage plus familier, tu peux remplacer "même s'il aurait" par "même si ça aurait")
(si tu es un homme, "désolée" s'écrit "désolé")
