We usually eat French bread together when we have stew in our family. Do you all call it "French bread" in English as well? Does this sound natural?

A little unnatural
It would sound a little more fluid/natural as “In our family, we usually eat French bread when we have stew.”
And yes, at least in the US, we call it French bread, like Alex said.
