@laplace_fr учиться - применяется когда необходимо выразить свою мысль в более широком смысле. Например: «я хочу учиться в университете после школы» или «век живи, век учись». В то время как изучать применяется в более конкретных случаях. Например: «Я изучаю Английский язык» или «чтобы ответить на твой вопрос я должен изучить данную область».
