تعویض means to replace, usually the same thing. For example replacing an old tire with a new one, the used battery with a new one...
عوض and تغییر are the same both mean to change. Both are interchangeable,
however there are some differences.
تغییر is usually bigger. For example we never use تغییر in "he changed his clothes" we say عوض instead.

لباساشو عوض کرد
he/shs changed his clothes (not a big change)


محل زندگیشو تغییر داد
he/she changed his/her living place. (big change)

دینشو تغییر داد
changed his/her religion

دکوراسیونو تغییر داد/عوض کرد
changed the decoration (interchangeable)
