I’ve been studying at the university... (not “in”)
It’s more natural to say “I’ve been studying at the university for 2 years.”
“I’m studying...” sounds odd. It kind of implies you’ve been studying non-stop for 2 years (not sleeping, eating or anything other than studying).

If you say “I’m studying in the university for 2 years” it means that you plan to study in university during 2 years, it is a future tense in this context, but in other cases it can be present.
If you say “I have been studying in the university for 2 years” it means that 2 years already passed since you started university.
Example:
•I’m going to study in the university for 2 years. I don’t plan studying more than that.
•I have been studying in the university for 2 years. I think I will study another 3 years besides that.
Example of the tenses:
• I’m going to my grandmas house in four days.
• I have been living with my parents since I was a baby.
