Some international names like Anna, Sofia, Maria, Emma, Emilia... etc are quite popular but we use Finnish pronunciation with the names.
Tbh, I can't remember even one Finnish person telling me they've been named after some movie/book character.
Unusual (foreign or made up) names seem to be getting more common, but I think the majority still wants to pick something that's at least easy for Finnish speakers to pronounce & write.
Some of these listed Finnish names aren't very common, but I tried to list names that don't have an original foreign version.

@Amanda23_ we don’t use that much forgein names and if you have a forgein name it can be noticed right away that you are forgein so if you have a forgein name and you’re finish people would think you’re not Finnish
