Question about English (US)

You can't say: I'm loving it (beacause to love is a state verb), so it's: I love it.
But you can say: I'm walking to school and I walk to school (but to walk is a dynamic verb).

So a dynamic verb can you use in the present Simple en the present continuous. And a state verb can you only use in the present Simple and not in the present continuous.
Right?
