En el contexto de (por ejemplo) un jefe, animando a sus empleados. Diríamos 'Let's get to work!', por lo general, con una implicación positiva.

En el contexto que tú adjuntas, lo ideal sería decir ¡A trabajar!
Sin embargo, ¡Trabajemos! Sería para decirnos a nosotros mismos que trabajemos y no se dice tanto :)

Gracias JoseMaria; dices que 'trabajemos' implica que el orador va a participar en el trabajo, y 'a trabajar' implica que solo va a ver a los otros trabajando? (por ejemplo)

En el primer caso, trabajemos es la oración imperativa para el verbo 'trabajar' en la primera persona del plural, es decir, se expresa una especie de orden o sugerencia.
En el segundo caso se tiene una expresión más idiomática pero que significa exactamente lo mismo que la primera.
Quizás si se tenga un nivel mayor de formalidad en la primera como los otros comentarios de los compañeros sugieren.

@JoseMaria_ @danybs gracias. Puedo preguntarse otro de esta estructura? Creo que podemos usar 'A más infinitivo' para comenzar una frase en vez de 'cuando más futuro'. Por ejemplo, 'Cuando llegue, vaya a llamarla' = 'A llegar, voy a llamarla'. Este ejemplo tiene sentido? Saludos desde Canadá.

Sería: Al llegar, voy a llamarla, y sería correcto :)

Con 'A + infinitivo' expresas que vas a comenzar a hacer algo en ese mismo instante:
A trabajar
A comer
A estudiar
Con 'Cuando + futuro' expresas que vas a realizar una acción en un determinado momento posterior a cuando hablas:
Cuando tenga 18 años, trabajaré.
Cuando llegué a mi casa, descansaré.
Cuando aprenda, haré el examen.

tabajemos es en plural por ejemplo ven Pablo que trabajaremos en la maketa y trabajar es en singular por ejemplo voy a trabajar en mi maketa

The imperative for "nosotros" (we) can be formed in two ways.
1) The most formal way:
-> Bailemos
-> Comamos
-> Vivamos
2) The most informal way:
-> Vamos a bailar
-> Vamos a comer
-> Vamos a vivir
If you take out the first part of this last way (vamos), you make it more general. I mean, it can be used for "nosotros" or for any other pronoun. Actually, it's more common for "vosotros" or "tú".
- Niños, ¡a comer!
- Ana, ¡a hacer los deberes!
Ah, and in this way, it sounds even more imperative, if that makes sense.
