「日本語を勉強しています、でも結構難しいです。」の方が自然です。「ですけど」は通じるし感じも悪くないですが、あまり使いません。次の言い方もオススメです。→「日本語を勉強していますが、結構難しいです。」「日本語を勉強していますが、すごく難しいです。」
