l'accent est très different, quelques mots et expressions

The difference is similar to Australian/American-English and UK-English. Accent and some expressions.
Actually Canada-french is more linked to american-english (they use expression adapted/translate due to geographic proximity and mixing of culture) and of course the accent.

The accent is totally different, some of us mightn't understand everything they say for example if we are not used to hearing a person from Québec speaking.
There are a lot of vocabulary and expressions that are different from French spoken in France, Belgium or Switzerland. :)
