I think "How wonderful(it is)!" or "(How) Wonderful (it is)!" is proper example for you.
That is not interjection. But in common life, sometimes they do like that.
Um.. Show me some example to notice me the correct situation.
Ah, and my ability to write English is more bad than the past so you need to understand me.
I did not use English and learn English about 3days.

I meant when people see something pretty like a dress while shopping for example, they say "우아~ 진짜 예쁘다!" (lol I think people say this but I've never been to Korea or seen a Korean so I'm basing this on variety shows, dramas etc)

In general, we say some word ~다(without conjugation), it usually has strong and firmer nuance.
But It's depending on situation, context and intonation and even personal speaking style etc
Furthermore, As you know, in Korean language, accent and intonation is very important.
I give you some examples. And I hope it will be helpful (:
너 참 예쁘다.
: You are so beautiful.
(a little bit firm nuance)
아 예쁘다~ 예쁘다~
:cute boy~
(When Patting animal)
아, 너 참 예쁘다 그래!
: Ok you are so beautiful, so what?
와 대박 예쁘다! 장난 아니네!
: wow how beautiful! Not a joke!

I wrote something for you but... The detailed information is uploading on the question.
And I have no idea what I say. Because it is more detailed than I wrote.
That should be helpful for you.

I'd like to add that from the grammatical point of view it's so called "narrative form" which, coincidentally for adjective-verbs is similar with basic form. For action verbs you'll see ㄴ/는 added before 다. It's often used in writing, and as it was said, in 반말, usually is situation's where you "narrate" what's happening to you or around you, hence the name.
