しばらく見ないとうちにまた大きくなった. The translation is "you've gotten bigger since the last time I saw you...". I don't understand...practically anything of this construction. Could someone do a grammatical analysis? Thanks.

しばらく見ないうちにまた大きくなった; と should not be between 見ない and うちに.
This sentence is made up:
(((しばらく)見ない)うちに)
(また)(大きく)なった
Parts in parentheses modifies a next word outside of parentheses.
For example, しばらく見ない modifies うち(に).
