People who living in eastern regions (it's near Russia) don't know ukrainian language or don't wants to speak in ukrainian (many people who doing that says that the ukrainians are killing children) 2. Ukraine was part of the Russian Empire and Soviet Union (Of course we have the Kievan Rus, UPR, Second Getmanat and others states but most of the time Ukraine was part of the state, not Independent) 3. Ukrainians watching russian YouTube not ukrainian, because ukrainian haven't any content, hearing russian pop
