Bouncing is when a ball or another object rebounds off the ground and comes back up off the ground.
For example: The ball bounced off the ground and into the girl's hands.
Bounding is similar, but you wouldn't use it to describe objects like a ball. You would use bound in a sentence that could describe a person's stride.
For example: He came bounding down the hallway to them.

I would say bound is used to describe an action by an animal usually, whereas bounce describes the action of an inanimate object.
