It basically means 'not now' or 'not yet.'
For instance,
A : 이제 들어가도 될까? (Can I come in?)
B : 아직은 아니에요. 나 일해요. (Not now. I'm working.)
A : 아직 데이트 안 끝났어? (Is the date over yet?)
B : 아직은 아니에요. 이제 노래방 가요. (Not yet. We're going to a karaoke.)

@vivimanhin No, because there's simpler ways to say it. You can say "아직이요." "아뇨,아직요." or "에이, 아직요."
I apologize I forgot to tell you one more important way to use "아직은 아니에요." It is used to show humility when someone compliments your achievements.
A : 너 한국말 지금도 수준급인데? (Your Korean is fluent already!)
B : 아직은 아니에요. (In this case it literally means "I didn't reach the level yet.")

answeri think you misspelt 않이 instead of 않아. also 꿀리지 instead of 끌리지. 아직도 끌리지 않아 means "I still don't feel like doing it or having it"
