“Can I have my usual, please?”
Or
“Can/Could you get me my usual, please?”
We usually leave our the word “coffee” because we’re very casual, but you can say “Can I have my usual coffee, please?”
The second phrase is what you would usually say if somebody was buying you a coffee. But, you could say it to the barista, too.
