Всем привет, посоветуйте с чего лучше начать изучение английского, так как простые фразы я понимаю в тексте, но не воспринимаю на слух. Так же хотелось бы найти кого-то, кто не против помочь мне с этим

Если уже есть знания основ языка, для дальнейшего развития наилучшим подходом будет просто использование английского по всем тем вопросам которые интересны, вот и всё.
Со временем всё становится легче.
If you already have some basic knowledge of the language then the best approach would be simply using English for everything that you're interested in, that's it.
It will become easier over time.
Главное, не зацикливаться только на материалах для начинающих.
Лучше просто использовать то, что с удовольствием захотелось бы прочитать / посмотреть на своем же родном языке.
The important thing is not to stuck on just beginner materials.
It would be better to use what you’d love to read / watch in your native language.

То, что действительно работает, это много слушать подкасты, по много раз один и тот же выпуск. Есть подкасты с typescript. Лучше их выбирать. Переводить незнакомые слова, можно их учить вместе с фразой, можно и не учить, многое и так запомнится при многократном прослушивании. И много читать. Адаптированных книг сейчас полно. Можно скачать. Выбирать лучше или своего уровня или на уровень выше. Это то, что работает лучше всего, но важно не пропускать ни дня и не ждать результатов через неделю. Ну и параллельно YouTube можно смотреть. В Reddit читать все подарят, что нравится. У меня так сын в 12 лет заговорил свободно на английском. За 2 года просто смотря и читая то, что ему было интересно.
