Question about Spanish (Colombia)

How do you say this in Spanish (Colombia)? "That sucks for you"

For example, my brother tells me that his upstairs neighbors are playing music really loud, so I tell him "sucks for you." (It is the kind of phrase that would be considered rude/inconsiderate to anyone other than those you are close to)
