There are some casual expressions per a Japanese sentence. It depends on who talks (male, female or child) and whom talks to (to speriors and elders, to subordinates and juniors).
ex.
これをください。 normal expression
これをくれ。 casual expression, used by men when he talks to subordinates and juniors.
これをくださいな。 casual expression, mainly used by women when she talks to speriors and elders.
これ(を)ちょうだい。 casual expression, used except of above.
Note that casual expressions are different from non-honorific expressions.
