"Ich gehe zur Schule." heißt, das du Schüler bist, und nicht etwa arbeitest. "Ich gehe in die Schule" kann das selbe heißen, aber auch das du in die Schule hinein gehst.

“Ich gehe in die Schule” is grammatically correct and “Ich gehe zum Schule” is false. The correct version is: “Ich gehe zur Schule.” Both have the same meaning, there is no special difference. I hope this helps:
