When the boyfriend is older than herself, she can call him 'Oppa'. Not only a biological brother but also can be used as an informal honorific for close men older than herself.

hyung, nuna
are all used to anyone who is older than you. NOT only to your bf or gf..
If a girl say Oppa to some boy,
the general public will just think 'the boy is older aged than the girl'. Same with unni,hyung,nuna.
Of course it is used in casual situations,
when the speaker and the listener are close each other enough to use 'Banmal'. But no one assumes it as a 'Lovers term'
