It depends on the situation.
If you're at home and you're asking for permission (to your parents or whoever) to order some home delivery food, we'd say "¿Puedo pedir unas pizzas? / ¿Puedo pedir comida china?"
If you are in a restaurant and you're asking to the waiter, then we'd say "¿Podría traerme una pizza? / ¿Podría traerme un poco de agua?". This sounds very polite, but there are more options as the one the user below said, like "¿Me pone una pizza?" or "¿Me trae un poco de agua?"

-> ¿Me pone...?
It's not the literal translation but it's what we say.

@Ana90 how about saying “me da” or “ puedo tener” can that work, too?
- Spanish (Spain)
@SamiraLanguage "me da" works but the verbs "me pone / me trae" are more used.
And "puedo tener" works too but it is not as used as the others.

The first is okay, but it's mostly used in informal contexts or when you're in the bar of a restaurant, for example.
-> ¿Me das un vaso de agua?
And the second expression is just a literal translation from English. Very unnatural to say in Spanish.

@AJOVID That's incorrect. The word "orden" has nothing to do with "order" in English. "Order" is "pedido" in Spanish.
And in case you don't know, this section is for Spain. For Latin America there are others.
