There is no difference in meaning. "eh?" sounds like Canadian English. The other two are used by all speakers.

Huh? = なんい / わかりません
Right? = ただしい
And all three can be used like “よね”
Example:
楽しいですよね。
It’s fun, huh?
It’s fun, right?
It’s fun, eh?
